Please allow 1-3 days for all orders to ship. All orders placed on a Friday will ship the following Monday morning. Once a shipping label has been created, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number for the order. It is not my responsibility to double check addresses/shipping information before submitting an order. A flat rate fee of $5.00 is added to each purchase, at check out, for shipping and handling . If you would like to change your shipping information, please contact email@example.com no more than 2 hours after your order has been placed. You may also use this email to contact me if you need your item shipped sooner or if you would like for an order to be expedited. Moth to Flame is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after the order has been delivered to the United States Postal Service. Please contact your local USPS for all inquiries regarding lost packages.

Pre-orders are often items that will be created after payment has processed. Website listings will provided detailed information regarding shipping timeframes. Moth to Flame is currently no longer accepting custom orders. This policy is clearly stated in all social media bios. Inquiries for custom orders, via social media and/or email will not be accepted at this time. Thank you for understanding.
When ordering an item that is made to a certain size, please read the item listing carefully! Items can no longer be resized once the final piece is finished. Exchanges can not be made when it comes to the size of an order, only returns. If you do not know which size would be best for you, ring size for example, visit your local jewelry store and asked to be sized or please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will be glad to assist you in determining a best fit!
Jewelry Care & Quality
All pieces are handmade with .925 or .999 Sterling Silver unless described otherwise. Sterling silver naturally tarnishes due to humidity in the air. Purchasing a polishing cloth would be ideal when it comes to caring for your sterling silver goods. Wearing jewelry in water or in harsh environments is not suggested. Avoid exposing jewelry to chemicals, oils, cosmetic products or cleaning products. Gemstones can often be polished by using denim fabric. Moth to Flame is not responsible for any damages to stones after the order has shipped. Reasonable inquiries for repairs will be accepted. Items created outside the business of Moth to Flame will not be accepted for repairs. Requests for repairs can be submitted to email@example.com.
Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
Requests for a return, cancellation or an exchange can be placed by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancelations will only be accepted 2 hours after the purchase has been made. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges is the customers responsibility. It is your duty to keep up with tracking information regarding your return/exchange. Only when the order has safely been returned will a refund be submitted. Please allow 3-5 business days for all refunds to be processed.
